When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.

After ordering online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

• If the item you ordered is out of stock
• We are not able to authorise your payment
• If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error
• If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in our Terms & Conditions

Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days.

Ivy Brown reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Ivy Brown website.

We will assign an order number to your order and inform you of it as the point of acceptance. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.


Natural Materials

At Ivy Brown we source products made from natural materials. Therefore many of our products will vary from piece to piece, and will continue to evolve over time. These differences in character are not defects but markers of nature’s handwriting. The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.

Please note that promotional codes are valid for in-stock items only.

All promotional codes remain the property of Ivy Brown and we reserve the right to stop or remove a promotion at any time without prior warning.

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website and are in GBP (Pounds Sterling). Prices exclude delivery.

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.



Our Payment process is operated through PayPal via a secure server. You can check this by looking for the closed padlock at the bottom of your browser window at the payment stage. All card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to PayPal for authorisation. No credit/debit card information is stored on the Ivy Brown server at any time.

We will charge your credit/debit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. Please note that your payment transaction will appear as Ivy Brown Lifestyle Limited on your credit/debit card statement.

We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.


Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking our contract with you or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.  

We only supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.



If you do want to return and item for whatever reason it must be returned to us within 14 days of you advising that you wish to return the item. Notice that you intend to return an item must be made in writing or via e mail within 14 days of you receiving the item.

If you want to cancel your order, this must be done in writing via e mail prior to despatch of your order. If your order has already been despatched you will be responsible for returning the item and all related postage costs.

When returning your item, you must ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit. You are responsible for the item until it has been received and inspected by our customer service team.

We are unable to accept returned items that have been used, damaged, marked or scratched or contaminated with pet hair or other.In all cases items must be returned in their original new condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If tags have been removed or the items packaging is damaged we will be unable to accept the return. 

The cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility. We strongly advise you to send items via a recorded mail as we are unable to provide a refund where the item is not received by us. 

Items that are returned and received by us after the 14 day return period will not be refunded. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.  



Once an item has been received and inspected by our customer services team, we aim to process refunds within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same method of payment as used at the time of purchase.

We will not refund items that are returned after 14 days of original receipt.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.

If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
