We aim to despatch all orders with 2-3 days subject to stock availability.


Typically orders are despatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.


Orders placed before 12pm (Mon/Wed/Fri) will be despatched same day.

BANK HOLIDAYS – Please note orders placed on bank holiday weekends will be despatched on the following Wednesday. 


Certain items are made especially for us when ordered and will take longer – typically up to two weeks.  Delivery timings are detailed on the product page with longer lead times noted.

(for orders over 2kg)

For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-times. Please contact us for details.



Our Standard rate per order is £3.95/£7.50 to UK *. Standard deliveries can take 3-5 days following dispatch.

*Standard UK delivery excludes the Channel Islands.


Please note that due to the current Coronavirus pandemic and the uncertainty this brings, our lead times from some suppliers has increased. This is effecting some of our stock levels, but we can assure you we are working hard to ensure items are despatched as soon as possible. 

Please note during sales, bank holidays and Christmas periods delivery times may need to be extended. Please note that all courier deliveries require a signature.

This may effect all deliveries, but we will endeavour to keep you up to date at all times.

The postage charge will only be made once even if an order is part-shipped due to an item being back-ordered. Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 14 days.d


We hope that you love your items, but understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items or you have received a damaged or faulty item. In this case please email to arrange a replacement and return.


All faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. We strongly advise you to send items via a recorded mail as we are unable to provide a refund where the item is not received by us. 


Once you have contacted us you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If tags have been removed or the items packaging is damaged we will be unable to accept the return. 


Items that are returned and received by us after the 14 day return period will not be refunded. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
